Marsha Baker has been a well-respected Physician Assistant in Hernando County for over 20 years.  She is originally from Brooklyn New York. She graduated from the Touro College Physician Assistant program in 1988.  She worked in the field of Plastic Surgery for 17 years ,  improving patients'  (look and self esteem) with the use of injectable aesthetic therapy since 2001.  Marsha also works as a Medical Director in 3 local emergency departments.  She loves helping save lives and providing aesthetic services.  She always calls her aesthetic days her “Happy Day”.  

Jennifer has worked in aesthetics for 3-years and has received advanced training in Botox, fillers, microneedling with PRP, laser, skin tag and wart removal, and sclerotherapy. She is originally from a small town in New Mexico and moved to Florida in 2001 to be closer to family. Jennifer graduated from the University of South Florida in 2006 with her Bachelor in Biomedical Science with honors. Then in 2008, she earned a Masters of Medical Science and Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University. Since graduating from PA school, she has been practicing Emergency medicine for the last 14 years. Jennifer is enthusiastic about providing services that make people happy, boosting self-confidence and well-being.

Lisa is our trusted esthetician and skin expert, with over 30 years of experience in facial treatments. She specializes in advanced aesthetic treatments, anti-aging treatments chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, dermaplaning, and the list goes on. Lisa's approach is to address and teach Total Health and well-being for your skin. Therefore all patients can effectively care for their skin at home and throughout their lifetime. Her goal is to provide immediate and long-term corrective solutions for all skin concerns.

Gabrielle is a skincare enthusiast who is all about making others feel comfortable and welcomed. Her passion is to help others feel confident and beautiful in their skin. She has worked in skincare and makeup sales for 3 years and loves it. Her favorite part of it all is building a personal relationship with people and getting to help them feel like their best selves.
